Counsel Finn Heading to the Supreme Court Patricia Finn Esq, The Good Health Lawyer, is heading to the US Supreme Court with a vaccine freedom case. For the first time in a hundred years a serious challenge to vaccine mandates will be presented to the Court this Summer. Why will the Court accept her case? Because Counsel Finn was denied relief in two federal courts on vaccine rights issues and when she appealed the cases to two different federal appeals courts they each misapplied the leading Supreme Court vaccine case, in different ways, thereby requiring the High Court to resolve the conflict.
